Equipment you'll need
  • Pole
  • Crash mat
  • Resistance band
  • Dumbbells - or something you can use as weights!
  • Foam Roller & Mobility ball
  • Optional: Stability ball; Pull up bar; and TRX - we will provide alternative options for these ones!

Is the Ayesha programme right for you?

Can you confidently: caterpillar, butterfly, extended butterfly and inverted D in true grip?

If not, you will still be able to do the strength and conditioning workouts on this programme, but you’ll have to skip the Ayesha skill workout until you’re ready for it!

Do you have at least 170 degrees of overhead shoulder flexion?

If you’re not sure, you can use this simple test from the programme to check. If you’re not there yet, I’d recommend working on your overhead shoulder mobility first!
