  1. If you make a purchase on this website, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days and receive a refund. However, this will not apply to ebooks or workbooks if you have already downloaded the file(s).
  2. All exercise programs, even for healthy individuals, carry risk. You agree to use your own personal judgment, as well as take into account any other considerations, before undertaking any of the exercises covered on this website or in the books/workbooks. To reduce and avoid injury, check with your doctor first, particularly if you have any medical conditions, injuries or other conditions which may affect your participation.
  3. The information contained on this website and in the books, workbooks and videos is not and should not be relied upon as being a comprehensive health or exercise program. Do not pursue exercises without regard to, or to the exclusion of other information, opinions or judgments that are available to you.
  4. The exercises and the programs you can create using the Pole PT blog / books / workbooks are not personalised, so you will need to adapt the programs where necessary to suit your current training level and ability.
  5. It is up to you to ensure that you are performing exercises with safe technique at all times, including for the avoidance of doubt: that there is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards (a minimum of four square metres per person); any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed; the surrounding floor space is entirely clear of any hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls; there are no distractions throughout the duration of your session; and there is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.
  6. Use of weight lifting equipment, and engaging in heavy body calisthenics and pole exercises that involve lifting your bodyweight may lead to musculoskeletal strains, pain and injury if adequate warm-up, gradual progression, and safety procedures are not consistently followed.
  7. If you choose to use the exercises in the books / workbooks / videos or those featured on this website, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that the exercises carry an inherent risk of physical injury – particularly if you have a history of health problems or any previous injuries. To the extent permitted by law, The Pole PT disclaims any and all liability in connection with the exercises in the books, workbooks, videos and any information provided on this website and associated content including emails, videos, text, social media posts and any instructions and advice provided.
  8. All exercise programs depend on the individual. Whether you achieve the results you want from your program will depend on many factors, including the effort you put in and your commitment. However, even if you follow your program precisely, you may still not achieve the results you seek. We therefore provide no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the effectiveness of the programs and exercises that we provide or the results that you may achieve as a result of following them.

  2. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, a distributed denial-of-service attack or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the app, the ebooks, workbooks or to your downloading of any material posted in them, or on any website linked to it.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute or claim, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  4. If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we decide to take no action or neglect to do so, we will still be entitled to take action and enforce our rights and remedies for any other breach.
  5. We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
