- Monthly app subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once you cancel, your subscription and your access to the app will end on the day your next payment is due and no more payments will be taken.
- All exercise programs, even for healthy individuals, carry risk. You agree to use your own personal judgment, as well as take into account any other considerations, before undertaking any of the exercises covered on this website or in the books/workbooks/app. To reduce and avoid injury, check with your doctor first, particularly if you have any medical conditions, injuries or other conditions which may affect your participation.

- As far as legally possible, The Pole PT will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of the fitness programmes, fitness videos or other information shared on our website, books, app or otherwise. This includes emails, videos and text.
