90-90 Switches

In a seated position, bring your feet out wide and then drop both knees to the floor first one way, then come back through the center and drop your knees to the opposite side. In each position, your legs are coming into roughly a 90 degree angle. Move through and explore the two positions – noting how your body is feeling today and any differences side to side. (By the way it’s normal that you will start to move forwards on the floor!)
