Gentle movement to stand

When you are ready, begin to take some gentle movements – do whatever comes naturally – rock the legs side to side, open and close them, lift them up and down shake them out – whatever feels good! Use your yoga blocks to help you back up to standing then do some more gentle movements in a standing position – hip circles, small steps, shaking the legs out. Finally, take three big deep breaths in, lifting your arms up each time as you inhale and letting them go as you exhale. Shake it all out and you’re done!
