Pec mobility roll

You’re going to roll the mobility ball across the pec muscle, pausing and holding on any particularly tight spots! Place the mobility ball in the middle of a yoga block and bring yourself down so you can get your weight behind the ball, rolling across the pec muscle from side to side. When you find a tight spot, you can hold the position, taking deep breaths until you feel the muscle start to relax a little, then move on to a new spot. By the way, you don’t need an evil spiky ball like this one I’m using here – a smooth mobility ball, tennis ball or even a rubber dog ball will be awesome!
