Progress test: Overhead mobility (neutral)

For this test, come to the wall and tuck your knees in to create a little spinal flexion so you can’t ‘cheat’ by arching your back. Keep your hands in line with your shoulders, palms facing each other and lift your arms up towards the wall, keeping your lower back in contact with the wall. Film your test from the side and take a screenshot at the furthest point you can reach.
